She has also provided escort interpreting services to celebrities, such as Spanish chefs Ferran Adrià Acosta and the Twins Javier and Sergio Torres; actors such as Christiane Torloni, members of the Cast of Money Heist, Silent Cargo, Juacas; and singer Omara Portuondo. She has translated the Latin Grammy Award and interviews with celebrities on talk shows.

Carmen has been doing written translations since 1999, and some of the books she has translated have been published both in Brazil and abroad.

In recent years, due to the growing demand for remote and hybrid simultaneous interpretation, Carmen has invested heavily in acquiring expertise on the many existing platforms, such as Zoom, Webex, Teams, Meeting, and professional equipment to ensure high-quality, stable and reliable remote simultaneous interpretation.

Carmen is a member of APIC – Professional Association of Conference Interpreters.

In her spare time, Carmen loves spending time with her family, traveling, reading, singing and getting together with friends. She has five little dogs who mean the world to her.
